We fabricate acrylic display cases, vitrines and picture frame glazing that showcase and protect cultural, biological, and historical exhibits in private and public collections. Acrylic is an ideal material for this use due to its excellent optical clarity, half the weight and many times more impact resistant than glass. It is safer and easier to handle and more economical to ship, particularly for larger pieces of art.

Not only is the art better protected, but so are the people in high traffic environments found in schools, galleries, and busy homes with active children. The framing and museum grades grade of acrylic we use are guaranteed to be defect free, manufactured to more stringent specifications than standard acrylic sheet, eliminating dirt and blemishes that could potentially produce imperfections when viewing framed artwork. In addition, depending on the application, we will use abrasion, chemical resistant and UV filtering conservation grades of acrylic. Using UV filtering acrylic protects the exhibit from the irreversible damaging effects of UV radiation from both natural and artificial light, protecting artifacts, paintings, prints, drawings, historical documents and memorabilia from degradation, fading, yellowing and embrittlement.

Abrasion and chemical resistant coating is ideal for high traffic displays, to ensure the acrylic is protected from scratching due to frequent public contact and the abrasive effects of frequent cleaning with chemical cleaners. Easily cleaned with common household cleaners, it resists scratching and the dulling effects of alcohol and ammonia based cleaners.
